What an absolute bunch of beauties! I popped in here for a puncture repair whilst on a surfing road trip down south. The boys looked after me with a speedy repair, shared some local surf knowledge, and got the wheel back on the car so I could throw the spare back in the boot and be on my way. Real chuffed with the awesome service guys, too bad I was just passing thru, would have been nice to invite you out for a beer! Cheers!

They are always so nice here. Fix things, never a problem. I would hesitate to go anywhere else. Also they let community groups use their car park for carwashing fundraisers. So this is an excellent community-spirited business.

Top notch customer service from this team. I met Callum @ my place of work on Tuesday. Popped in to see him Friday, and when I hoped out the car it was 'Gidday Wendy'! So that was impressive for a start. Got my tyre's sorted. I have to say they went above & beyond with the customer service. To their employer: hold on to these one's. They are worth their weight in gold!

This location is my go to place for anything tyre related - even when I lived in Mosgiel. I have been coming to these guys for years, going back to when they used to be across the road in what is now the Mitre 10 Garden building. I have dealt with 5+ different guys there over this time, and the customer service has been nothing short of brilliant - polite, friendly, quick. After experiencing bad service from many businesses in my time, the good ones definitely stand out. Good job guys - it's well earned.
