The Grow & Brew Shop Pukekohe

Great to sell you a product at an inflated price but when it comes to customer service they are terrible!I brought the flairform range from them, they did not give me a receipt and both shops told me they do not give refunds or store credit for change of mind. For anyone purchasing through them this is against New Zealand law as there is a period where you can return products unopened and in reselleable condtion. Unfortunately for me, they did not put the receipt in the bag my products were packed into therefore leaving me with no option but to use the product.I actually wanted to just change to a different range that they offered which would have cost me more money. But the guy said to me I shouldn't be doing this when its 20 minutes to closing time. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I'd love to know what the owner of the company thinks of this.UPDATE: The owner has been very apologetic about my experience with his stores and has done a 180 on my experience. He assured me that he has spoken to his staff members and educated them on how you should treat your customers and what the company policies are. Will see how well they have listened next time I shop there.

Awesome new shop in pukekohe. Really friendly and helpful staff. I had no idea what I needed to start wine making and they were fantastic at helping. Go check it out.

Didn’t catch his name but had a Great experience, great customer services with a smile , and even helped load what I needed into the boot of my truck . Will definitely be back !

Good Store Gone Bad!!!! I am a regular customer who went in to buy some plastic planter bags. Price on the shelf says 70 cents per bag. Get to the counter and get told the price has gone up to $1.00 a bag!! A 30% price hike!! When I asked the guy serving me he said the boss hasnt changed the price label on the shelf. I imformed him that I am a regular and that I spend a lot of money in the store, to which he said oh well its the Boss's miscommunication, and it is what it is. I then informed him that I would be making a post on Google Review, to which he replies, quote, Dont say it was this store" hahaha Amazing. When I asked for the planter bags I was told to go up stairs and grab them myself. Customer service is shocking. What happened to all the old staff!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO GROW AND BREW MANUKAU!! The prices are on average hiked by 30%. Guess they have to pay minimum wage some how."

Pukekohe store doesn’t exist anymore apparently been closed for a year?Google needs to update this.

This place isn’t open, please update so that no one else drives all the way out there like we did.

Great selection of growing and brew products compared to the competition. Decent selection for all your other smoking habits. Staff are unfriendly, not too helpful and make you, the customer, feel unwanted and like you're being a nuisance to them by being there and spending money.

Terrible service terrible attitude. When I first shopped at grow and brew I dealt with Jesse, he always looked after me, provided great knowledge and service. I bought a $900 light, after a few months it stopped working. Jesse replaced the ballast and bulb as the ballast had failed, which blew the bulb. A few months later the same thing happened, unfortunately Jesse no longer worked there so I were dealing with the owner. The ballasts were faulty so had to be replaced with a different one. The owner black maled me to purchase a $250 shade to go with the ballast or he wouldn't replace the ballast, he said take it or leave it. I spent over 3k at this shop this year, so I paid him the $250 and haven't spent a dollar there since. Plenty of other places with better service and better prices that will work for your custom! This was 2 or 3 years ago but looking at other reviews nothing has changed with their arrogant attitude!

Awesome customer service from steve at the Pukekohe shop. Always has a great attitude and a smile on his face and is always so helpful when im in store
