My family used Vosper realty and had a terrible time with the vendors and agents. They had no support during the settlement phase of their contract and found the agents to be less than helpful when it there were issues. We would never recommend this firm to anyone in the tauranga/matamata/morrinsville area. Their agent was Alan Wilson and all he did was look after his vendors. I cannot believe how inadequate this firm was in supporting my family in their move to this area.

THE WORST experience ever; if there were minus 100 stars I'd give that! This man is a consummate & very practiced liar; he presented my (highest) offer based on it being a multi-offer situtation when it was NOT!! Yet by law he's required to give buyer's the opportunity to lower their offer if it's no longer a multi offer situation. The vendors were in his words, lifelong" personal friends of his so he presented my offer literally
