Super friendly and very helpful staff, lovely tidy store. Just disappointed it's taken us so long to visit them for the first time and figure out how much more awesome they are than the big orange hardware store further down the road!

Thanks ITM for quick response to my negative review about my kitchen caboard door screw falling out and coming loose all the time.The builder was here in half hour all sorted andExplained why this may be happening. Peace of mind to know they take our reviews seriously. All working well now

Terrible follow up service when they sent the wrong posts so I had to run around to find some leaving my builders still needing to be paid but lost 2 hours and did not get finished as a result and I now need to pay more for builders to come and finish the job. They admitted there mistake but would only refund for the posts I had to sorce and they now have also taken back the incorrect posts. No accountability or explanation of how it happened and I'm out another few hundred to get builders back to finish

We bought an outdoor fire from ITM who delivered and installed. They promised to fix all the damage to the plaster due to transporting it. After three follow ups to see when they were coming to finish the job I got sick of waiting. Surely after 7 months I could expect some follow up. I called the manufacturer of the fire and they were brilliant. They shipped a touch up kit and I did the job myself. Disappointed in ITM.
