Booked and charged me for a trailer that wasnt there!! Took the money instantly and then said a refund will take 3 to 5 days!! I was left feeling angry and disappointed.

I wouldnt use these guys for anything. Completely unproffessional with poor safety. Trailer lights didnt work and tyres were flat. When we asked if we could pick up half hour early he started quoting policy. He was rude and unhelpful. To top it off trailer had a clip missing he said dont worry about it. Its ok we fixed lights and tyres and bought clip
