The ToolShed Te Rapa

I dropped in to pick up some items just recently and was blown away by the service here at this particular branch.A young guy came down the isle to find me and check in if I was okay and if I needed help within the minute of arriving.Quick and efficient, great customer service. Really impressed. Great job team keep it up.On the product side of it, I've been using toolshed now for the past few years and even their company branded products are brilliant, such decent quality for price.They have gained trust with their products, and I'll continue to use them along with, I trust, meant other customers.

Fantastic staff, always happy to help, even when they are so busy. Plenty of stock, though like every business suffering from overseas shipping issues for new stook and new line items. Best DeWalt selection for work tools, house brand hand tools are very good. We'll be going back as soon as my ordered tools come in.

Stock prices not labeled very good but with help from my phone I was able to find actual prices.

Great store, huge and amazing selection

love this shop , i dont give out many 5 stars but they saved me again this week , open on a sunday everything in stock and well priced but its the staff that make this place great . anyone after an air powered nail gun their home brand which is now 3 years old and done a ton of work is topnotch

We found The Toolshed very helpful when needing to get tools and other building supplies. They have a big range of building tools and DIY supplies.Its more easily reached than the other one they had in town where the parking was to small. I mentione to most of the Foster apprentices to go to the store to get their tools and apron as being so close to the office where they meet monthly.I enjoyed the experience seeing the Makita and De-Walt tool expo there was other big brands on the day too,  the best part was trying out some of the tools that where on show. If you buy a tool at this time you would get the best deal. Parking out side the store is well allocated very nice and spacious. Staff are helpful there is always a deal on you can look at the catalogue to see what's on. If you cant find it ask a member of staff and they'll see if it can be ordered infor you. The shop floor was nice and clean, well managed and tidy. They are a well established company ,putting family first would recommend supporting local business and localBuilders
