One of the ladies here has THE BEST customer service around and it's always a pleasure to be served by her. Friendly, bubbly, quick and even tries a bit of an up-sell which always impresses me. Have used the bathroom once or twice and it's always fresh and clean. Good supply of all the essentials you'd expect at a servo.

Love the staff and manager and Big Boss . awesome bunch of smiley happy faces ...oh and I be working there training steps but most important thing is Good customer service and been promot and vigilant always..

Awesome customer service done by the customer representative person on a counter this morning .She was very supportive and very sweet with her words. Her sense of humour was really awesome. I felt one of the best customer services at this fuel pump.

The person ( Wayne) should replace or train properly that cranky old man with beard. Very rude and angry with the costumers. He don't know how to talk with customers.

I have found this petrol station to be very frustrating with unlocking the pumps so I can fill the car up, rather than guess the amount I might want. I can sometimes be waiting a few minutes for their camara to be in the right place so that they will unlock it. If this was the norm with all petrol stations, I would have to put up with it, but since during the day any other petrol station in Upper Hutt will unlock the pump almost right away, I don't need to put up with it. It makes me feel like they are accusing me of being a thief every time I go. I will be going now be going to one of the other petrol stations near by from now on.
