Zoopa (Electric Moped)

I do love my Zoopa Nova. It is robust enough to handle the Wellington hills. I only wish the Wellington weather allowed me to ride it in all kinds of weather. The only thing I would say as a female, is that it is quite heavy, but that can be a good thing too because it does feel solid on the road.An electric scooter is way better than an electric bike in my opinion and it is so much fun!

I have my wee Blue Beauty for a few months now and have to say I LOVE it. So far done over 400km on it and can't express how much fun it is, how well it runs, and how easy it is to use.The friendly service I got when looking to purchase was amazing.The top box is plenty roomy (recommend!) and it has plenty of get up and go.No regrets here, and love the petrol and wear and tear savings on my big SUV.

Very much in love with my Zoopa Nova, it’s bright yellow (with many other lovely colour choices available) and such a great design.It’s very easy to charge and although the moped is a decent weight (which to be honest makes me feel safer on it, and not like I’m going to be blown around by the wind) the stand does most of the work for you in pushing the scooter up and onto the stand, so you don’t need to lift it yourself.Very happy with the alarm setting, as I have had a previous moped stolen, but I don’t worry so much about my Zoopa because of this safety feature.It’s also got hazard lights which I think is fantastic and I’ve already used them a couple of times, especially when waving thanks to other drivers on the road it’s much easier to press a button than wave an arm about and take it off the brake.I would definitely recommend Zoopa to anyone looking to buy a scooter, they’re a great price for the product you get and Martin was fantastic to deal with.Thank you Martin & the Zoopa team!

We purchased our Zoopa Nova, with topbox, in February. In the two months since, we’ve basically supplanted all use of our car for daily commutes, errands, and joy rides across Auckland. I estimate that, given the recent inflation of petrol prices, the Nova already has saved us about $500 in petrol costs. It also performs extremely well, handling and manoeuvering cleanly, simple to charge and park (for free), and easily transporting two people while still remaining zippy (and looking great, too). Martin delivered the Nova promptly and got us up and running quickly, with no fuss. All in all, then, a brilliant and highly recommended machine.

Very happy with my lovely Zoopa which I got in May 2021. It is very zippy and so much fun to drive. For me it is the best way to commute across Auckland's city centre and school drop offs/pick ups. The battery is easy to charge (either while connected or when taken out) and has a very good battery life/km range. It is great value for money and also the service that Martin provides is friendly and efficient. Love the vibrant colours that are now available :o)

I bought a brand new Zoopa Electric Scooter in August and it has been amazing. I have been riding motorcycles since I was kid and I find the Zoopa Nova really nimble easy to ride. The Zoopa Nova has plenty of acceleration in traffic and the soft start really controls the acceleration when your at the traffic lights or following slow moving traffic. The L G battery that it comes with is really reliable and charges relatively quickly depending on your usage. The Zoopa Nova great for commuting to work or a quick ride done to Kohe for a coffee or even picking up the kids from school.I would like to thank the sales team a Zoopa Electric for amazing customer service and after sales follow up. Sick of sitting in Auckland traffic I looked into buying a small motorbike to get around and after a friend of mine - who’s recently bought a Zoopa - pointed me toward Thomas and Martin (@ Zoopa), I took it for a burn. I was a little sceptical prior to road testing it but have been super impressed since purchasing it. I’ve found it great for getting me around - into and out of the CBD from the eastern suburbs is easy, and the 50-60km range means so I only have to charge it once or twice a week. Nice...The Zoopa get up to speed quickly, my kids love riding on the back, parking is easy, It’s inexpensive, fun and good for the environment. This all adds up to a good round town option.

I purchased a Zoopa almost a year ago and use it as my daily commuter. It’s a great moped with plenty of power on the hills and takes no time to charge. Cruising along the Auckland waterfront in the T2 lane minimises my commute time whilst being great fun. Great service from the Zoopa team.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with. Martin provided amazing service. He explained everything there was to know about the Scooter and answered any questions we had. Within hours of making our purchase he delivered it to us in Pukekohe..registered and road ready. After sales service is faultless. Any communication is answered promptly. I'm 15 months into owning my Zoopa, driving it most weekdays as part of my commute to ferry and bus station, and also taking my kids to their sporting activities in the community. Works like a charm, I love the snappy drive and the clean quiet ride. I'm a big man at 192cm/120kg and the solid build and frame size of the Zoopa along with the bigger battery gives me enough space and range for a very comfortable ride.I would highly recommend a Zoopa to anyone interested in a fun, cool and sustainable way of getting around in your community!
