Higher quote than other painters, which I was happy to pay for good quality work. Workmanship and time spent on the job did not match the price. Communication poor when raised defects, angry response. Poorly prepped surfaces and a lot of drip marks, areas of thin paint where it appears only one coat applied. Demanded payment in full prior to the job being finished, pressure to pay was constant and intense, leading to a threat to 'send boys around to collect', even when Master Painters agreed the work was not complete.
