Put in an old manual wind Swiss watch to be repaired and the job done is amazing. I managed to rupture my achilles on my way to collect the watch and when I called to tell them I was immobile THEY PERSONALLY DROPPED IT OFF AT NO EXTRA COST! You can't get better service than that, highly recommended retailer.

Great service when I came in for a battery replacement and strap adjustment. Even set the time and date on the watch correctly before giving it back!

Literally the worst service from any shop I’ve visited, let alone a watch store. Supermarket employees have better customer etiquette and you’re probably better off going to a generic shop like Mr Minit. I took my watch in, which had its hands fallen out. The watch has been sitting with PWC for 2 months now, and every time I call I am given the same update that the “watchmaker is looking for an extra hand to fix your watch”. They never call me to provide an update and I have to call them each week. After 8 weeks of regular calls, today I was told “your watch cannot be fixed as we cannot find a part”.They have the worst receptionist/customer support person by the name of Charmaine. Don’t even bother talking to her. She literally talks over you each time you call and doesn’t even have basic courtesy or manners, let alone being employed to deal with customers. She shamelessly asked me why I keep calling each week instead of providing a concrete update and cut the phone while I was talking as she “didn’t know what to tell me”. They never call by themselves to inform you if things have changed or when you can collect your watch. I was quoted $30 for the repair and when I called after a few weeks, Charmaine said that one of the hands couldn’t be fixed and they’ll need to look for a new one. When I asked how much that would cost, I was told “it depends as the watchmaker needs to look for a hand so don’t waste our time, we’ll only look for one if you agree”. I had to agree to an amount which wasn’t disclosed to me beforehand and finally, they weren’t even able to repair my watch after all the trips to the store and time and money spent waiting.There is no internal communication and varied quotations are given by different people at the company. I was first quoted $180 for a movement replacement, but the next time I went in, I was quoted $360 for the same repair. When I finally went to collect my watch, Arthur was extremely rude and simply didn’t seem to care when I presented my job number and asked me what do you want

Came in to have a new battery put in my watch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Undertook the job immediately whilst I waited. Great service.

A great place to get your watch serviced. Expected your typical battery change but ended up with a wealth of knowledge about watch mechanics. These folks are a wealth of knowledge and know how and you can tell it isn't a job for them but a passion.

Excellent place to fix anything and everything related to time.I needed a couple links for a Nixon which I couldn’t source anywhere in nzPrecision watch said the could get them in but would take time and cost more than leaving it with them for a day and they would make and identical to fitAnd that’s exactly what they didFast efficient and masters of their tradePrice was outstandingly goodCan’t recommend them enough

These guys are great. Took my rarely worn Tissot wristwatch in for a battery at Precision Watch Co- I never go to New Lynn, but when I got home it was losing hours every day. Went back and it was looked at instantly, demagnetised twice and a good explanation from the watchmaker as to what the issue was and it now is working fine.All at no extra cost! What great service and skill these guys have. Sadly looks like they have been ram raided in the past, but they WILL get all my business from now on! So happy to recommend this amazing business.
