Awful service. So rude on drop off I would rather drive further for slower service.

I called them up to arrange next day service for my two-piece suit. They said it would be difficult but could fit me in, I dropped it off at midday at it was done by 2pm that afternoon. Awesome service, good value, would recommend.

Just came out of Quinneys with a bad feeling after being rudely interrupted by the person serving me. Regardless of the quality of the physical service, if you don't have good customer service you're going to struggle. What struck me was that when I took my items in the first time, with a different server, there was also poor customer service. The server was not very friendly, and was short with their words. I get the feeling there's probably a deeper issue that needs to be sorted out in the background. Quinneys, please teach your staff to be more friendly and professional. Interrupting your customer with a loud shhhh!" is not only poor service but disrespectful in any situation."

Quick service and a matter-of-fact business ethic. Good thing Dry cleaning services should be speed-focused.Offers two hour turn-around if you're in a rush, and can make an old suit look new again, without any problems.

Good prompt service, without having to pay extra for it. Also, they are certainly thorough, as they found that I had left my tie in a suit pocket. The best part is they managed to remove a stain that other dry-cleaners didn't! Suit looks brand new!
