Helen, Esteban and Hayley were excellent to deal with - picked up our motorhome from the Fiat dealer, replaced the kitchen tap and procured and fitted a lightweight, full-length mirror. Good work all round.

We found Helen and Esteban to be friendly, informative, responsive, and accommodating in our dealings with them. Their communications were timely and clear, they walked us through exactly what would be done and how, and the execution was very neat and tidy. Could not be happier with the service we received. No hesitation in recommending RV Services to others.

We are so grateful to Esteban and Helen (and Hayley) for going out of their way to assist us. We had travelled from Napier with a faulty leisure battery which caused the alarm to go off nearly all the way!We googled an RV centre and arrived at the property, only to find it to be all locked. After a phone call, Esteban welcomed us, even though they were officially closed. The problem was sorted and a new battery was ordered and fitted the next morning.We are ‘newbies’ to the motor home and we highly praise the service and compassion they gave us.They are just awesome people - a real can do attitude!!Thank you once again for your kindness xx

We are very grateful to Helen and Esteban for their amazing customer service. Being on the road made securing a date in advance more complex than normal and Helen was so generous about working in with us and changing dates as necessary.Arriving in Taupo and dealing with Covid only complicated matters further - but again they were unfailing in their commitment to excellent customer service - and again worked in with us.We had a number of small items needing attention over and above the caravans first service, at a busy time for them as Christmas approaches, but once again they pulled out all the stops and found a way to get everything done for us.They have a modern amazing service set up there, with everything on hand, so we felt 100% confident we were in the best place for the job.We are very grateful and very very happy customers. RV Services were able to help me out with replacing skylights (4) which were damaged during Gabrielle. I was very happy with their appraisal of the damage and they took care of all of the correspondence with my insurance company .At all times throughout the process Hayley's communication was excellent and i felt totally informed . I have already recommended this company to caravan and camper friends .

The bike rack on my campervan wasn't working for me and they managed to squeeze me in to fit an electric one as I was passing through Taupo. They couldn't could do enough for me, even lent me a car while they fitted it! Their advice and the new rack have brought my bike out of retirement. Awesome team! Josie

Supplied and fitted e-bike rack to motor homeFrom the first phone conversation to the completed job, the friendly, professional service was amazing. Cups of coffee were offered as alternates were looked at. As we were from Auckland they re-scheduled their appointments and we dropped the van back the next day for the rack to be fitted. We were given their private car for the day to use as we had no other transport. Amazing service and we wouldn’t hesitate to drive to Taupo to have any future RV work done…First Class
