I've had Rhino out to fix my home alarm system three times. The first visit was great, they fixed the issue. So when the alarm started self setting a year later I got them to look at it again. They've since looked at it twice (within the space of a month) - and the issue is still occurring. When I queried being charged full price for two visits where the fault was still occurring they've said In regards to the current invoices
