I purchased new ph. First guy wasn't any help. I needed to check my bank to trfr funds for a deposit. He wouldn't let me use any device. Plus it was the end of the day. I needed a phone urgently

I get $20 prepay top ups and three times in 5 minutes the money is all used up and when I ask about it they say I use it on my data when I make sure my data is always off. Was told I would get a full refund and they sent an email saying I would get it within two days and they never refunded me. Waste of time trying to call and talk to them. Worst phone service ever

Bought a phone today and the staff member who helped me was kind and all; just not her workmate. He was rude, no smiles and when asked for help he just didn't even bother. Wouldn't even look at us.

I want to thank the entire Vodafone Whanganui team for their excellent attention and customer service. Especially to Ben, for his time and dedication to help me in the process of sending and receiving my device to the insurer (it was a complex process since my device was delivered in Wellington). Unfortunately my experience in the Wellington store was not good, however in Whanganui they knew how to attend to my needs and provide me with excellent service!Thank you very much Vodafone Whanganui team !, Thank you very much Ben !!!

Absolutely hopeless. For a telephone company it is impossible to contact them by phone. Called first thing today to collect a repaired phone but they wouldn't give it to me without authority. Fair enough but the chap in the shop said he would contact her. By 3pm and she hadn't been contacted I went back in because you can't phone them and he said he was texting her then. NO TEXT was received so guess I have to make a trip to them again. Would be so much easier to phone in

Jay was my saving grace when my experience with Vodafone hit the fan - due to the overseas customer services team. I was so frustrated but Jay was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. Someone should give this guy a raise - customer service at its best.

I regularly visit this shop, not only to have a look at the phones etc but to have a good old chinwag with the team. They are friendly and welcoming. Recommend this shop :)

Probably the most unreliable phone company here in wanganui aramoho, constant internet disconnecting issues with the same excuses from them. My advice switch to spark or another company.
