I made the mistake of changing oil and fuel filter on my VW Golf at the same time. Car wouldn't start, checked everything, twice! I called up this morning and Richard was kind enough to walk me through what had happened and what I should do. I followed his instructions and got it started. Life saver! Very grateful for his advice and help.
