I followed Libby from her last salon, as I’ve always loved how Libby treats my hair and me. She’s so professional and knowledgeable, I feel comfortable and safe in her hands. The salon was beautiful and really nice to spend time in - as I was in the chair for a while because of the service that I was getting. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Chic facilities, easy online booking. I especially love that Sophia remembers everyone by name no matter how much time has passed since your last appointment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like that even though the stylist will talk to you, they don’t get caught up in the conversation and actually focus on what your hair needs and gets it done. They listen to what you want and also provide their professional knowledge.

Just had a haircut with the amazing Libby! I was feeling a little guilt about letting my hair get into a bit of a state. She was amazingly talented and had such a beautiful presence about her. Having my hair done with her has made my whole week. Thank you Libby!

I was extremely lucky to be a guinea pig for a product learning event at Luca with Libby! The space is beautiful, light, and open. Excellent coffee delivered directly from the delightful French café next door while I got my hair done. Deliriously happy with the result!! Libby is always a delight, and her knowledge and experience with my hair (usually very difficult for stylists) means that I can always trust her to make me look incredible. Fly from Kerikeri to Wellington just to see Liis-there is no one better than her. She listens and delivers every time. She’s a true professional and cuts and colours hair properly. I have had so many fails and refuse to risk it again! Absolutely can’t fault her and recommend her to everyone!

$360 for a half head of highlights, I normally feel light and breezy leaving the salon, felt stripey (highlights) and frizzy/puffy (they didn't know how to diffuser dry, even though I had actually asked for a blow wave). They don't offer coffee and the salon interior feels a bit abandoned for a fancy" place. Had the same experience years ago
