Excellent service! Highly recommend this company! Basil the manager in Palmerston North is lovely to deal with - knowledgeable and very professional. So pleased with the finished job, the cleaners were super thorough - my car is SO clean now inside and out and actually shines!

Not impressed. I've been coming here for 3 years and usually they do a good job but not today. The windscreen was still dirty inside and dusty on the interiors. I get that you were short staffed but that isn't my problem. If I pay $124.00 for a pristine clean then I expect a pristine finish on the car. We also had to wait almost 15.mins to be let out of the carpark because an employee who was on lunch had the only pass key. Do better next time or I will go elsewhere.

I was most impressed with the end result of my newly cleaned car. Great customer service and I would recommend a Supreme Groom. My car looks and feels like brand new even though it is7 years old. I'll certainly be encouraging my family and friends to go to Espresso car wash in Palmerston North.

Fantastic service, extremely efficient and an excellent result. My car looks like brand new! Even though I only paid for the interior because I had put the car through the car wash, I noted that they went beyond that and the exterior looked amazing. Thanks guys, you were awesome. Highly recommend your service to anyone wanting a top notch job.

Thank you Basil and team for transforming my dusty car into a sparkling brand new one. The interior of the car was very dusty when I bought from a used car sale and straight away approached these guys. Im very impressed with their work. Excellent service, excellent job on the car inside and out. Well worth the money. Would be 5 star if they called you when the car was ready rather than u continue you waste time waiting unnecessary. Or suggest adding waiting area with drinks and muffins. Extra money...
