Full Time Tart

FTT served at my Hen's party! They provided food and a cake fit for a queen and matched the theme of the party perfectly. The girls at FFT delivered the food and cake presented amazingly, and were so thoughtful in serving the food in recyclable materials for easy clean up. The fried chicken and chilli maple syrup on waffles was an absolute hit served with crunchy slaw and potato salad topped with sticky BBQ ribs meant everyone was fed to perfection. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much Sophie, amazing as always. x

Sophie's cakes are amazing. We regret not getting a third layer so we would have left overs the next day. Sophie was amazing to work with through out our wedding planning. She was will to work with us through some covid delays. On the day the cake was delivered and set up between Sophie and the venue with no additional input from us.

Full Time Tart is simply the best! Sophie made our wedding cake this year which was utterly divine and more recently we asked for her expertise to re-create my parent's 1972 wedding cake for their Golden Anniversary party in Akaroa which was just spectacular. It was retro as requested, but also bang on trend and pimped with gold pillars. She understood our brief on both occasions and then added her own creative flair and florals, which meant that she totally overdelivered on our expectations! Full Time Tart makes visually outstanding cakes that taste even better than they look. If she is available for your wedding date or special event, we would recommend you book her quick smart! You’ll be blown away by her talent, too.

I first ordered from Sophie in mid 2020 and was absolutely blown away by the beauty and quality of her cakes. Since then I have ordered multiple times for both myself, my workplace and others as gifts. Every cake and cupcake that Sophie makes is a piece of art and tastes just as good too! I recently went to a wedding with a Full Time Tart creation for the wedding cake and my goodness, people would not stop talking about it. I would absolutely recommend Sophie & Full Time Tart - she has the best cakes in New Zealand!!

DIVINE!! Sophie was exceptional with all aspects right down to delivering our dream wedding cake to the venue.She took the leap to focus on FTT and then covid hit, she was amazing and adapted quickly! She has beautiful wedding cake taster boxes which makes it easy to choose which flavour you'd like. She's easy to communicate with and was so patient with our many changes prior to our big day. She is also allergy friendly which is great as a few of our guests had dietary requirements.Our cake was delish, it was even better 3 days later and I wouldn't go anywhere else for it!If you'd like cake just because, she is your go to gal!Always a great time with FTT

The wonderful Sophie made our cake for us last weekend. A 2 tier cake - carrot and chocolate, espresso & hazelnut. It was the most delicious cake we have ever had! The chocolate, espresso & hazelnut was especially a favourite. All our guests were raving about the quality and taste. I would highly recommend Full Time Tart for any event!

Sophie’s cakes are beautiful! My favourite is the lemon, gin and elderflower but yesterday we tried her strawberry, grapefruit and white chocolate cake and it was amazing! Would highly recommend! She often has mini cakes at the General Post in Tai Tapu or Six Ounces in Merivale so a good opportunity to try some different flavours.

We really enjoyed her cake at our wedding. However, I have since emailed her for birthday cakes on two separate occasions, but received no response (with numerous follow ups)
