My last pair of sketches only lasted 2 months. Cost $150. The sole wore out. My sons $200 shoes only lasted 1 month. Needed restitching and gluing. $350 worth of rubbish. Never ever again. And telling everyone what rubbish the sketches are. Don't buy them.

Absolutely pathetic excuse for a store. No one seems to know anything about the product, and you only find THAT out after you've managed to finally get someone to assist you (after standing around for ages). Why have a store if that's the best you can offer?

I was served by Mira, who was honestly such an amazing customer service person! She hyped me up while trying on different styles and told me about all the different payment options to find one that suited me! I honestly don’t like going into name brand shoe shops because I often feel like the staff are judging me, but she was so welcoming and relatable, she made a really good face for the brand! Thanks so much :)

I was in your shop last Thursday and I was very impressed with the service I received. The young lady that attended to me was very helpful and patient. The shop got very busy but she and the other assistants were very calm and ensuring everyone was being attended to. Credit to your selection of staff and training of customer service.

I recently bought a pair of shoes and was served by Haley, who was amazing. She not only served me, but somehow managed to satisfy several other clients who were in the store at the same time. I will be returning to the store again very soon.

Third time we have been in. Third time we walked out without purchasing anyting.All three times the staff have not acknowledged us at all, despite the store being quiet. Today the young lady totally & blatently ignored us. We left and bought Sketchers from Platypus upstairs where the team know what service is.Will not go back for a fourth attempt.
