At first we were reluctant to use the Launderette because of the other reviews, but we found it not fancy but just fine--about six large washers and six dryers. A woman who seemed like an attendant came through briefly but wasn't unpleasant. If you need to wash or dry clothes, this is a just fine" place to get it done."

The note on the wall says it costs $4 for 40 minutes for dryers however it stopped after approx 10 mins. Called the contact number on the wall and was told there was nothing she could do and went on to explain sometimes that happens, could have been because the person before us stopped the dryer before the 40 minutes was up. Pretty poor service, despite knowing this happens to customers there is nothing in place to advise customers what to expect or what to do. The timers should reset automatically based on the amount of money deposited.

Worst laundry ever! After 15 months traveling all around NZ doing laundry everywhere this one takes the biscuit. Overpriced for a start, half the clothes weren't dry and the other half burned! Very dirty inside and out, greeted by a broken dryer left outside covered in rust. No folding table inside just a manky couch. We also had the unpleasant run in with the crabby owner, karma is coming for her when liquid laundromat opens soon.1 star is too much!!

Address has changed for a start, but more than that, owner is incredibly nasty. Yells down the phone and generally acts snake - like. Definitely never going here again. Recommend seeing the nice owner at the Greenhouse Backpackers up the road instead.

Its an absolute disaster. The owner (?) is rude and the dryer doesnt dry the laundry properly. Never again!

6$ to wash 6$ to dryPretty standard launderette, didn't meet the owner. No set opening times, sofa and books to read while you wait. Bring your own washing powder, car park in front of the place.

Make sure you bring $2 coins, go to gaming bar in town and get the machine to change your $10 or $20 to coins. Good idea

Moved to 4b Parore St, opposite Nolas, next to Bridgestone. Mostly older machines, $6/ washing load. Good parking. Liquid Laundry in Victoria St not open, looks to be still in fitting out stage.

I have never seen a soo bad service. I used the washer, it works. Then, i used the dryer but it doesn't works all my clothes were wet. After thar i call the owner to explain the situation. She said me that i am lying, she can't do anything for me and was very impolite.Do not go there !!!
