Adam came and fixed a broken deadlock on a Sunday evening. He was helpful and friendly. I appreciated him fixing the existing lock mechanism rather than replacing it. And also he was well equipped (he also had a replacement mechanism with him in case the lock couldn't be fixed) . Thanks. Would recommend.

I called at around 3:30pm and I was able to get help within just 10 minutes. Although I accidentally opened my door with a trick while waiting out of boredom so I’m not really a customer, but the response time and customer service are superb!

Adam was great! Our key had broken off in our backdoor. Once Alan got the door open, it turned out the lock it self was broken too. Alan went out and bought us a new lock and re-fitted it into our old door. All on the spot within a coupe of hours. Great service.
