Whanake Hall - Massey Wellington

As a previous resident of Massey's The Cube last year, this is quite a different environment. I'm in a 4 bedroom flat and the first thing didn't like about it was how narrow the living room was and the lack of sunlight coming into it unless our bedroom doors were open. I'm grateful to have access to an oven however since, surprisingly, studios and 2 bedroom flats don't which is a shame. Also the washing facilities seem quite expensive for what it is, certainly more than what I expected especially considering the already increased price compared to The Cube last year. With that said, the pros FAR outweigh the cons. The rooms are significantly bigger than in my 5 bedroom flat from last year, and there's more storage space, there are now heaters built into every room, and the shared/recreational spaces and facilities are great! But it's the people that really make the hall that much better, both the residents and the awesome staff.
