Girl with the glasses customer service is horrible doesn’t wanna help , was too much busy talking to their friends rather then serve customers .

Had a problem with a suitcase i brought here prior to going on holiday that should have been resolved at the time. A case we brought should not have been sold to me locked with no code to open it. Discovering we could not unlock the case on the day we were flying out caused more stress than needed. They could not unlock the case at the time and resulted in us buying another case and leaving the locked one there.Since arriving back in NZ they have been in contact and resolved the locked case issue, returned it and a small gift to go with it. It is appreciated. Just wish the staff on the day could have resolved the issue. Guess having a spare case is not entirely a bad thing.

Friendly knowledgeable staff onsite at Albany store, covered luggage options and went the extra mile to cover my requirements and got a great bag. Thanks Team

Great staff and they have very relevant information about the different types of materials being used for travel bags etc. Different weight classes and durability. Prices are good.
