Swimart Pool Equipment & Chemicals

We have had Dominic from Swimart to sort out our spa pool a couple of times nothing is too much trouble and he explains everything he's done. He is such an asset to your company. I have no hesitation in recommending both Swimart and Dominic.

I bought an Eco Trident pool robot cleaner to clean my pool. The box says it cleans dirt and debris and i won't have to manually clean my pool. False advertising! I put the pool cleaner in the pool and it cleaned up the debris (leaves and sticks) and it shot the dirt through the filter and back into the pool. A packet was included in the box showing it has an ultra fine filter. This is not the case! It's apparently a brochure to upgrade the filter for an extra $194+gst. It would have been nice to know this before i bought the pool cleaner and recirculated dirt back in my pool. I had to wait 3-4 days for the dirt to settle, add more floc and MANUALLY clean my pool. The manager then told me i will still have to clean my pool manually as the cleaner will only clean 90-95% of rubbish in the pool just as a household vacuum doesn't pick up everything. Sorry to tell you but my $200 household vacuum picks up all items from my floors (except my kids toys) and this $1000 pool cleaner doesn't pickup near the 90-95% as mentioned. Why in the world would i buy a pool cleaner just to pick up leaves and sticks when my manual scooper for $50 can do the same job. I bought this pool cleaner to clean the dirt, sand and small particles. This is so i don't have to clean my pool to waste and refill my pool in which we can't do because of a water shortage. Now i have a 75% filled pool! Severely disappointed as I still had and still have to clean my pool manually! I didn't even get a sorry, just a refund.

We initially tried Aqua Technics and they had terrible service. Swimart have been excellent in terms of professionalism and responsiveness. Highly recommend.

Great place to get all the pool chemicals you need

Not happy with the reply given over the phone regarding there services and was given incorrect info on products.

We only discovered Swimart about 6 months ago and they're always so helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. We vowed we'd never go back to another pool shop, where we needed to guess what to do with the chemicals we bought from them. Swimart staff really know their stuff, they even converted chemical amounts for us to simplify things and explain things so well.

Went there to see if they had an electric spa vacuum as I tried a venturi type but it seemed to input more water than do anything else. They sold me a boreal rechargeable vacuum on their recommendation and I can't offer my gratitude enough. Great product, does the job perfectly. Really nice service too.Thank you
