Lovely light filled location, fabulous stylist and reasonable prices. Never disappointed with the outcome. Laura is a pro with colour and is always honest about options with you. We have some great conversations, never a dull moment! I've been going to Laura for many years now, and always feel welcome.

Laura is the absolute best! Not only has she made me fall in love with hair (which I've hated all my life) , I always leave feeling amazing. As someone that had to find a New Salon because my old one was moving away and having no idea what I wanted or what to expect I did so much research on where to go till i stumbled across bad hair and It was the best Descison I ever made . As a new client she made me feel amazing Laura is such a lovely person and she is a Brilliant hair dresser. Will never think about going anywhere else. Thank you bad hair your service is Exceptional

Bad Hair means BAD customer service and BAD time management. I turned up 5 mins early to my appointment and there was no acknowledgement she was 20 plus minutes behind. My children sat down to read their books and son tapped his foot and she turned around and rudely told him to stop tapping cos she can't stand it. She proceeded to then talk about other clients children and how she hates all sorts of noises, how she hates cutting children's hair as it's a waste of time and money. She also bad mouthed other salons. My son asked me quietly what the time was then made the connection she was late and QUIETLY said to me she's late. She turned around and ripped into us about how she works for herself and always runs behind.... so i told her I wouldn't have been on time and said I can see she has an issue with me bringing my children. I offered to rebook but then felt a nasty as vibe from her so I left. What a waste of time her attitude is. You may have loyal clients but your retention of newbies must be low as I've heard so many stories about your attitude towards them bringing children. Unprofessional and just all round BAD so glad I didn't give you a cent of my money.

Good vibes!! Laura did an awesome job at teaching me about my hair and how I can style it. The salon is beautiful with the plants, gives the place a cool feel. Great yarns and overall good experience! Would go again
