Generation Spouting

Calvin was initially very quick to respond for our request for a quote for some repair work in early December 2019. Since then there has been very little communication and when we have managed to get a response from our chase-ups there have been empty promises of next week" and "top priority".We have tried to be patient given the lockdown

First time dealing with Calvin.Unfortunately I had a terrible experience.Contracted to do fascia and gutters for a new development in Remuera.All good initially getting it started. All downhill from there.At the crunch time despite plenty of planning and heads up.Continued no shows, no answer to calls or text left us to miss inspections and cause costly delays to the project.Had to engage another to finish what they started.Will never use them again on any of my projects.Simple call and a plan to complete it would go a long way.

After the last round of rain in the past two weeks.I found Calvin so helpful and quick to respond my email job in 8 hours.Even after long hours and a lot of jobs this day. He was very proffesional and efficent to address our blocked gutter pipe. Calvin did a full external gutter and fascia conversion on our 1990s cedar three story house. The old, internal guttering was dreadful. It is now external, drains properly, doesn’t leak and makes our house look like a new house. Calvin attended to a small gutter repair job for me. Other companies had declined as they didn't have enough flexibility in their schedules to accommodate me. He was able to isolate and remedy the issue swiftly and his rates are extremely reasonable. Recommended!!

A big heads up to Calvin and his crew for replacing the internal guttering in my house with external guttering. I tried for 3 weeks solid sending photos and emails to plumbers, builders and even roofing contractors to get a contractor to even undertake the job. Calvin actually replied to my request for a quote via the website and arrived same day. He sent the quote to my email address and it was very reasonable.
