Rub-A-Dub Valet Carwash

Not a great experience. Front door rubber seat was out of door, don’t know why. Interior was not vacuumed properly. Dashboard was not cleaned properly. Side mirror still have spider waves . Paid $75 but got washed same as $18 from Mobil service station.

I given my Lexus for service and chose there premium package paid $75. Sales person mentioned it will cover everything.It is was totally a disaster, I wasted my money for doing nothing. They haven't even done vaccum well. When I asked him that's not part of this package but I can do it now if you want. It was a chamber in boot. All photos attached for reference.The representative was like they only do trim, From my understanding trim means make something neat. Please don't waste your time and money. Both precious from my point of view.

Do not purchase cleaning services from this company. My Mother (a regular customer) took her car to Rub A Dub yesterday, while they were very quiet. Despite the slow day for Rub A Dub, they took 1 hour and 30 mins to partially clear her car. They left the boot totally untouched. When she called to raise this with them, they said she should bring the car back. Given the lead-up to Christmas, time limitations meant this was an unreasonable expectation. My Father called this morning for a refund, in response to which he was laughed at and ridiculed. I then called and explained that section 9 of the Consumer Guarantees Act sets out that we are in fact legally entitled to a voucher, which Rub A Dub confirmed. When my Father turned up just 30 minutes ago to obtain the voucher, he was refused and told to leave. In summary, the objective of taking the car was to alleviate Christmas time pressures, but in fact, the poor service and customer service have halted this plan. Incredibly unfriendly service. Will not be returning and would not recommend a visit to anyone else.

No one got back to me. I sent two emails, at different times. I had to go in, personally. My vehicle was not clean. I paid for a King Valet. I also opted to join their loyalty programme. The guy promised a discount. I said it was ok. In my last email, which was not responded to, I cancelled the loyalty programme

One of my friend recommended me. Took my new Honda Civic 2022 for a wash and detailing. Got pathetic car service, pathetic customer service. Their car wash machine scratched my car through the front to back door (see photos). Asked the guy who i paid to for service and he is like its not the machine issue and started shouting. Not recommended at all guys. Do not use this service and regret it later like me.

Always do a walk around your vehicle before leaving. My wheels weren't cleaned properly and had to ask them to do it again. Also some spots left. Average service but the waiting room was very nice and friendly service there.

Really disappointing clean. Very half arsed job. Lots of corners cut. Paid for the most comprehensive and go basic clean but didn’t go around the corner or rub stuff in and very expensive. Won’t be using them again sadly.

I opted for the silver valet car wash service, which included interior and exterior glass cleaning and cost $65. But I didn't expect to have a very poor experience. The clarity of the inner glass was not thorough and a lot of marks left behind, especially on a rainy day, if the windows were fogged up, the wiping left behind was really bad for the mood. It's not much different from washing my own car.Wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

Took my car in for a wash . Paid for a wash with detailing of wheels . Price was $28. When I got home and checked my credit card they had taken off $28 and separately another $5 when using a single payWave transaction . Such cheats . Do they think they going to get rich my ripping off customers

Paid for the $85 King Valet. The outside was not even hosed down, let alone cleaned. There was dirt everywhere. Inside, lots of sand remained that a simple vacuum would have fixed. The staff then said it was fine and I have got the King Valet service. Complete waste of time and money. Wished I had got a bucket out myself. Avoid at all costs.
