I had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. There was a number of issues that weren't taken seriously including floor mats, odometer readings and lack of information about the car. The car is lovely, however the experience with this dealer has taken the shine off purchasing this vehicle. I had to refill the washer water, wiper blades are streaky. I'd expect this from purchasing a run around of Trade Me but not with a near new vehicle from a car dealer.

Very impressive service from Automarque, in particular Chris.Wanted to seal the purchase on a Saturday, late in the day and Chris was most accommodating of this. If I was to look for a new car in the future, Automarque would be my first stopVery impressed with the car and it was neatly groomed and presented which I find rare this day and age of most other dealerships.

Had the Engine management light come on and stay on over 2 days. Local Mazda dealer too busy to look and sort out for over a week.Rang Automarque explained my situation dropped off early morning and collected car late afternoon all done.Issue found by diagnostics machine faulty Codes found and reset along with the items it picked up on

Recently purchased a vehicle here and tbh the cleanliness of the vehicle was not up to par. There was dirt still in the side panels and it was clear that the interior had not been cleaned thoroughly. Further, there were no mats in the backseat. I've read another review with very similar issues and was appalled that they too experienced the same thing. Surely given the pricing of the vehicles, the mats would be a no-brainer. Purchased from here given the great reviews online but had to be honest about our experience so that the reviews are more balanced and realistic.
