Fantastic gym! Loads of classes, staff are super helpful. Female federation has made it easy for me to get back into gym, and with 5 showers, hair-dryers and hair straighteners there is no excuse not to go before work!

Clean, tidy and friendly little gym with a good mix of ages. The staff are lovely and make you feel welcome and included and take a genuine interest in their clients. They have a good mix of classes on a rolling schedule. The gym is small but not crowded. If your looking for an exclusively female gym this is the one for you. Parking is available outside.

Female Federation is the BEST place for ladies looking for a supportive, encouraging, well-equipped, fun, friendly gym! The amazing trainers and staff know each member so well and provide an environment that empowers you to reach your own goals - providing encouragement always and advice when desired! There are such a large number and variety of group classes with knowledgeable, passionate trainers that go above and beyond to make each class motivating and fun! Facilities are always great and so clean - with hot showers and great hair dryers! I have never experienced a gym like this and highly recommend you check it out for yourself! :)

this is quite a small gym. i did go here for quite some time as i liked it was all women, and i felt more comfortable. however, it is very small and the machines are very old, there is also limited machines. i think it is quite expensive for what it offers

Highly disappointed with this gym. Please before you sign up read every fine print. They used my wrong bank account and before I knew I was receiving fees from debit success saying I owed all this money. I have been trying to rectify this since and neither this gym or debit success have been helpful. Female federation sent a email stating if I leave I will owe over $1000 including the $150 to leave which I was never told as well as including these fees and I only have been 2 times and signed up in March. I have never had this issue anywhere else before so want to help others avoid this happening as I have also heard of two people I know now having the same issue when they hadn’t missed a payment

Very clean and and organised facility with amazing staff. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly members. Currently on my 10 day trial and enjoying it !

Absolutely love fem fed. Have moved from a bigger, commercial gym and I have noticed a HUGE difference in friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, and more. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and all the members are too. Going to the gym is my favourite part of my day because of fem fed. <3
