Worst customer service experience by a very unprofessional and unwelcoming proprietor. I went in wanting an express service for my jeans to be taken up. Firstly was asked if I needed to actually put on the jeans... I thought would be best if I do to show her what length I wanted. She was very abrupt in her mannerism and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed in her shop. Whilst in the changing room she informed me she wouldn’t have them ready to the following week, which was not suitable as I was wanting an express service. When I came out of the changing room I was then completely ignored so I had to take the pins out of my jeans and just leave without another word said from her. I came away feeling why do some people have to treat others with such total disregard! I went straight to another clothing alterations place who were very welcoming and professional in their service.Would not recommend this business!Update to your reply....This was the response I expected....denial and untruthful! There was nothing professional or friendly in your service. You were abrupt in your approach and I was made to feel like an inconvenience needing a simple hemming which clearly states on your door is an express service. There was nothing complicated in the hemming of the jean, and you did not tell me two working days, you said they would be ready the following week with no specific day mentioned.If you are not able to provide an express service then maybe mention that before getting customer to try on clothing for measuring.I waited at the counter before leaving and you clearly saw me there but chose to completely ignore me. I would suggest as another reviewer has mentioned not being so “stuck up and rude” and not to treat people with such disregard

I used these services to have my one piece outfit altered and tapered in to fit my daughter. The lady was very lovely and kind. Very fast and professional, would definately highly recommend.

So good to finally have a good alterations place in the area. Had a dress repaired and two pairs of pants hemmed, very friendly and quick service, quality work too very impressed. Highly recommend! Welcome to the neighbourhood, I will be back!

I brought in one of my favourite pairs of pants to Stitch by Stitch on Tuesday this week to be taken in at the waist and taken up at the leg. I needed my pants back by Friday to take away with me and this was absolutely no problem. My pants now fit exactly how I wanted them to and on top of that - they were ready by Thursday. Great customer service, great alterations and a great price. I would highly recommend going to Stitch by Stitch.

Had 2 expensive items repaired through this lady lovely service and great stitching unnoticeable fair priced and I’ve worn both items made lots of movement in them and they are still in tact will definitely be using her services again

Experienced bad customer service here , unfortunately theyre are the only supplier of the school uniform i needed.Your response is untrue and doesnt surprise me given our experience today, you didnt seem to want to sell me the socks or assist with sizing even though you were the only one in the store and wern’t busy with any other customers, you had one pair left that i determined would fit him but you clearly did not want a sale so we left without a purchase , The whole time i found you rude and unhelpful. Hence why i left a bad review. fortunately we hav now been able to purchase some second hand ..
