I was genuinely intrigued by the vacuum unit presented to me by the salesman, and Shane did an excellent job showcasing its capabilities by thoroughly cleaning the room. Overall, I would rate my experience with a solid 4 out of 5 stars.The only reason for the slight deduction in stars is that the sales pitch was quite lengthy. However, I understand the salesman's enthusiasm for such an impressive machine. As for the vacuum itself, I was disappointed to discover that it did not have the ability to pick up as much liquid as I had hoped. Despite this drawback, I still believe it is a great piece of machinery and would highly recommend it for its exceptional cleaning power.

Last weekend, I was offered a carpet shampoo in exchange for a preview of the new Avalir homecare system by Kirby. Shane was very good at explaining the system and I was pretty shocked to see how much dust and dirt had come out of my carpet despite me vacuuming twice over the previous week.!I will be looking at perhaps purchasing an Avalir system in the next year - will just have to work out how I can pay for it!

Very very happy with Shane providing us the demonstration. This product is very useful and if you are a family with kids I bet you should have one of these. It is a life saver. I love Kirby. Never have I come across a product which has so much use in it. I would recommend this to each and every one. I am a very happy customer

customer service at its pure awesome best , Kirby vacuum cleaner parts etc delivered at the door with a low cost fee WOW , The only company I say these days out there do this good ol fashioned service. Nice, friendly customer service people I have ever experienced

I was so horrified by the amount of dirt in my carpet especially with a 5 month old that has tummy time daily! She explained the awesome Kirby and demonstrated all the great attachments.Mary Lu was very mindful of the ever rising living costs as well as having 4 kids but she advised us there was no obligation to purchase. However Mary Lu and the team offered us a deal we could not pass up!!! Thank you so so much again!!!
