Had it twice. First time was okay. Second time I got 30% sugar (the only lower option is 0%) and for some reason it tastes like they tipped a bottle of syrup in the drink. Sticky sweet and undrinkable. I just get a peach green tea but it tastes like any cheap iced tea flavoured beverage rather than an actual tea blend. Much prefer Noahs Ark.

Stopped in each day while on a business trip. Loved the mango green tea with mango pearls. Was even delighted to find a kiosk you can order at and customize your drink your self

We waited for quite a while on a cold evening and others were being served before us. We found the ordering system a little complicated, and it was hard to figure out exactly how the choices/customisation worked. Drink turned out reasonable, but wouldn't pay what we paid for it again.

I always love GongCha drinks because they have such good recipes and variety too. This Gongcha is the same, however sometimes the service is slow. I'm sure they are understaffed, as they often only have one or two people running the whole shop and it is a busier area than other Gongcha locations I have been to. The staff are usually quite friendly though, especially the really tall middle-aged (I think) guy who always says hi when I come in. Would be helpful if they schedule more than one staff to work, especially on busy days so that the service is more efficient, but good job to those staff who work alone and do everything by themselves to their best ability.

A very busy place, obvious for its taste. But serve quickly. Love the flavor here. Prices are reasonable. They do a great job and kinda addicted to the place.

Friendly staff, polite, efficient. Been there numerous time. This is my second place to go to get bubble tea. I try a nee favor every time. One of my most ordered flavor is strawberry green mill tea. Very strange combo but taste really good . Not overpowering. Simply delicious. I have recommended this flavor to fee of my friends and they all liked my recommendations. I order mine with no sugar and no ice .I think this place might little bit more expensive than my first preference. But I still occasionally stop by to treat myself after a long day.I never had to stay a line or wait long time on my order but have seen that this place can be really packed. Try and see it for yourself !

Polite and kind hard working owner. Drink was pricy compared to other competitors, almost $10 for a simple large brown sugar! Though I now know about the student discount so I'll be back. Furthermore, quality is miles ahead of other competitors such as Noah's Ark so I'll let it slide.I was given a bit of a runaround in regards to buying gift cards, I'd recommend calling ahead if you intend on getting one.

Got the lemon tea. Tastes like the Hong Kong Vita lemon tea which you can get in a box.Perhaps the milk tea is worth it at this establishment, but the base tea they use is nothing special.
