Car park needs serious pot hole repairs. Great prices on pet foods although I personally find it hard to get my bulk fish & turtle foods as they never seem to have enough stock. I live rurally so can't just pop in. Clean store & wonderful staff

I love looking at the puppies but find $2000 odd dollars for backyard mixed breed ridiculous.Excellent away of fish, tropical and exotic. Good prices on harnesses and leads etc. Footwork animals and staff are great.

Bought some fish to put in a well established tank, they bought white spot and have not not only lost the fish i bought but also a handful of other fish, when i went back to inform them, no offer to help with the cost of treatment or cost of lost fish, actually no real interest in the fact that they sold sick fish, will never spend any more money here

The girl's that work there are great, they have a great sense of humor and know what they are talking about. If you are in doubt about something for your pets or any animal that you just ask them, if they can't help they do their best to find out what you need to know. Their salt water fish tank is great to see so come on in and have a look. Their prices are reasonable. Judy

I bought a fish from this store about three weeks ago. At the time I purchased the fish (a $120 koi betta) the fish was but in a bag containing mostly water from another aquarium. I questioned this at the time, asking if the water was from the same water column, the answer I got was yes. This was not the case as I later was told by another member of staff, over the next 5 days, 4 phone calls were made to the store explaining his declining condition. I asked for advice and was given nothing useful. The fish passed after only 5 days in our care. It then took a further 5 phone calls to the store, talking to staff who gave me conflicting information and two emails to the manager (none of which were responded to) before a refund was given for the fish that suffered because it was compromised by the staff of this store.I would not recommend going to this store if you hope to have a good customer experience, or get any meaningful advice surrounding fish. The staff were not knowledgeable and one in particular, Lynette, was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She would continually leave me on hold when I called, even going as far as to hang up on me while I was trying to talk to her. On the odd occasion where I was able to talk to her for an extended amount of time she would get very heated with me when I asked very simple questions. She should be seriously considered for a customer relations course as she was acting like a hag, to be blunt.

Our 7 months pup went for a puppy cut at the cost of $75. Walked in and the girls working there didnt even know why we were there!. An hour later, Minnie's back is still half cut and over fluffy, she is scatching like she has fleas and and her chin has bits of fur hanging down. The legs and bum area is great but still not impressed. Sorry but not going back.

Found what we were looking for and they have a good range of pets and supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shop could do with a face-lift though.
