I used one of these machines for a severely sprained ankle. It was amazing at getting rid of the swelling using compression and pain with the ice cold water running through the sleeve/wrap. I highly recommend this machine as you heal soo much faster and you notice that after 1 day of use. Its recommended for at least two weeks after which you will feel reluctant to stop using it as it helps enormously.Excellent customer service and support a very professional company to deal with.

I opted to use the Game ready cryo compression system for ACL reconstruction surgey recovery.This was the second time I've had this same procedure and on the same knee.The result this time around with the Game ready system was unbelievable.Pain management, swelling and just in general the comfort of the knee was far better using game ready. 95% of the time it felt like normal and that no surgical work had been done, the only time I felt the pain was when I didn't use the game ready machine.3 weeks post op and just started physio, and yes it has helped that too.I would most certainly recommend this, it is well worth it.PS, the team at NZ sports health were a pleasure to deal with.

2 yrs ago I had this device recommended as essential in recovery when I had my left Birmingham hip resurfacingMy right hip 2 yrs later needed the same replacement by Hugh Blackley. Jason kindly dropped the machine the day before it was due for hire. I hired it for two weeks and pleased to report it is maintained in perfect working condition. Any injury the game ready machine speeds up recovery and should be used as much as possible using common sense. This time I may have been a little heavy handed with the pressure being turned up to high. I have dialled that back to 1 for the rest of the first week. Thanks again Wendy and Jason for investing in this amazing technology. I would never have none about If my son in law NBA player Chris Johnson hadn’t told me he bought his own and travels around the world with it

Have been using the Game Ready machine for 2 weeks after having a total knee replacement and I have been really pleased with the help this machine has given me, has kept swelling down and helped circulate blood, and I believe has helped with getting back more flexibility in my knee and leg.
