I had a great experience at Chiropractic Balance. Dr. Matt and the team were really fantastic and really looked after me. I've been struggling for months with lower back pain and tightness on my neck and shoulders which were turning doing physical activities into a challenge. After a few adjustments I began feeling a lot better, and today I'm able again to practice exercises regularly and in general my health is getting better.

I can't recommend this practice highly enough! Everyone is so lovely and positive. I have recieved such great care from Roz, Bruno and Manisha so far. I see Manisha currently for adjustments during my pregnancy and she is amazing - thorough and really knows her stuff. My body feels great after my sessions!

Chose this place initially because of its Google review. I'm happy to say their review is justified - this a super friendly and professional team who have a lot of expert advice. Went here as I'd experienced neck/upper back pain that would often result in me being bedridden/getting migraines, which I'm happy to say has almost entirely alleviated after regular sessions. Can't recommend Ros and the team enough :)

I started seeing Dr Matt Clark and the folks at Chiropractic Balance over a year ago. I left them 5 stars after my first visit or two. And I am still giving them 5 stars a year and about 20 visits later. Dr Matt was able to alleviate some persistent lower back pain with regular adjustments and lots of great recommendations for home stretching, etc.The staff has always been helpful, and responsive to appointment changes. Very friendly. They even moved recently and that went smooth. I cannot recommend them enough!

Since I started seeing Matt at Chiropractic Balance I have noticed an improvement in my back pain and posture (from working in an office), as well as my general well being. I have been having adjustments done at Chiropractic Balance for nearly three years after an unexpected surgery left me with a lot of pain, tightness in my muscles and as a consequence my body needed lots of care. I started off with twice weekly visits, then weekly, fortnightly and have recently graduated to monthly visits! I have been seeing Henisha since the beginning of the year after I hurt my back. She has been amazing coming up with a treatment plan and now I'm at the point of just going for maintenance. I have seen a different in my posture and areas which I used to regularly get pain are now only occasionally and ease quickly.

Highly recommend the team at Chiropractic Balance!! Dr Matt has been great with creating the most suitable treatment plan but also addressing other injuries and giving helpful tips and tricks to implement daily which has made a huge difference! I have seen some huge differences in my lower back but also just generally with my mobility, health and posture since starting my plan, but also an increase in strength and activation of the correct muscles in the sports I do. The team are extremely friendly, efficient and take the time to care about you beyond just what their job entail!

I get so excited for my adjustments at Chiropractic Balance! It's such a lovely calm space, and the team is so caring and thoughtful. I have been getting adjustments from Roz for the last year now. She is so positive and attentive, and provides fantastic patient care. Not only are my adjustments amazing - Roz also offers great rehabilitation advice and support, taking the time to teach you correct posture, strengthening excersises and safe stretches. Since becoming a patient at Chiropractic Balance, my health and wellbeing has greatly improved, as has my quality of life. I genuinely appreciate their service, and would recommend them to anyone.
