Not good to deal with. Lied to and left dissapointed. We were told the car would have a towball, when we picked up the car it didnt and then we were promised a 1 month wait. We have had no contact back nor do we have a tow ball on our car. Our calls not answered and our messages ignored. We needed this car for bussiness to towe a small trailor unit around. This was explained very clearly in the lead up to buying the car and then further stressed apon among many further calls. close to 4months have passed.Thankfully other mg branches have reached out and we are working to fix the problem. Dissapointing dunedin definitely will be telling friends, family and a wider audience about the mg dunedin services. Cheers.
