Horrible experience. I trade-in my car and bought hybrid (prius2010) from this guy. I also paid extra $500 for new car stereo which he installed. Following day i discovered car was making weird noise( some cranking sound from engine). Even he realized I am not happy with the car, he advised me to not to worry about the noise and keep driving it. Finally after a month he was convinced and offer me a replacement. I picked same brand(Prius) but with some high Kms and later model (2009). He promised me to buy me a new car stereo. I waited almost a month for my new stereo and to my surprise this time he bought me a cheap Chinese stereo worth around $50. How can you be so cheap. I feel like being robbed. Please avoid this guy in Palmerston North.Answer to the owner's reply(REASON I GOT TWO REBATE)That's the money you supposed to give ME from your POCKET not from GOVERNMENT'S POCKET.Also you wanted me to be second owner of this new vehicle so you could have rebate.That's illegalYou lucky I didn't go to authorities.
