Never have I had such a painful blood draw. Came here because they were open day after Christmas. Should’ve just waited. My arm is in so much pain. They grabbed ice right away which I thought was odd and now I know why. Worst place, avoid!

I went in around 3pm on a Tuesday, went in straight away. Staff were lovely, the lady that did my test was very professional and kind.

Rey was very friendly and went out of his way to make the experience comfortable for me. Wait time was around 20 minutes but the queue system was very well organised.

A staff member named Rey has drawn my blood and he was very friendly and reassuring.He helped me calm my nerves and made the blood test experience much smoother than expected. Thanks again, Rey!

I came in for a blood test and specifically asked for Rey as I've heard positive feedback from the reviews. I was really pleased with my experience, I have a skin condition which makes it difficult to find my vein, but Rey was very kind and patient, putting in extra time and effort to ensure he had the right spot. He did really well, and was reassuring the whole time. Thank you very much!

Rey is the absolute best!!! I only waited 2 minutes in the waiting room before I was seen. He noticed I was very nervous and when he found out I was a fainter, made sure I could lie down. Had lots of blood to be taken and he made it completely painless and calmed me down the whole time. Thank you so much Rey, you are wonderful.

Fast, friendly, and efficient service. I have regular tests here and I have always been happy with the service. A bit of friendly banter puts you at ease and they are all professional and quick so your wait times are not long,vevn at the times when there is a full waiting room.

I have visited clinic at around 10:15 on Saturday morning. Waiting room was already full but I got test in 15 minutes waiting time. Which is quite good. Clinic was very clean, staff was friendly. I had blood test with Ray, he was very gentle and friendly, also professional hand. It was not hurt at all. I will definitely go back there if I need to get blood test in my future.

Short waiting time and excellent service. The staff is always friendly and competent. They are all Pros when taking blood samples.
