HRV Manawatu

Two lovely professional gentlemen turned up on time. (Something that doesn't happen often these days!). They did the job quickly. They even cleaned the dust marks on the ceiling around each vent which was very much appreciated and unexpected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to people.

Sales person James came out and was nice to deal with and the price was the best of other ducted heat pumps quotes which is why we went with HRV. James couldn’t / wouldn’t answer one question which was disappointing.He said during the sales visit that the the install time was approximately 2-4 weeks as it took a couple of weeks to order the heatpump.I accepted the quote on 31 March and after numerous follows ups it was finally installed on 18 and 19 May.2 stars given as the price was good, and the team who came out for the pre-inspection and the other team who completed the install were great to deal with.3 stars taken away for; lack of communication, terrible process, terrible experience, and expectation set for install was missed by a month.

Tradesmen were punctual, well presented and extremely tidy during the course/completion of the installation.We have been very happy with the results to date.

Tech that visited was friendly and fast, identified the issue and fixed it with a filter replacement. Had Eftpos, so nice and convenient to pay on the spot.

We were rung for our 2 yearly filter replacement and made an appointment. The young man rang to see if he could come earlier which was more convenient than the orginal time. He was very professional and gave me good advice for changing the system for winter. I recommend HRV to all our friends

A time was arranged by phone to suit me. Method of payment was discussed and agreed on. Serviceman arrived on time, introduced and identified himself in a pleasant manner. Work was completed and payment made by mobile EFTPOS. A very efficient way to maintain my HRV system for the good of my health

very professional tech that came around, advised on the system and replaced filters even tried to upsell with another product they have that could help with venting a bathroom. Lovely service and experience.

I needed a ducted system put into my house and the people from HRV Manawatu were very professional and helpful. They were not satisfied until everything was perfect and that I was happy with the installation, and didn't send me a bill for the installation until everything was to my satisfaction. Very responsive to my call when I needed two minor adjustments after installation. Highly recommended.
