I recently visited St. Luke's Cinema and had a rather disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the theaters left much to be desired, as they were consistently dirty regardless of the time of day. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the coffee machine was always out of order. When I inquired about it, the manager on duty simply suggested going to Starbucks instead. Unfortunately, even that option was not available as Starbucks had closed. It was particularly frustrating since the cinema plays movies at night, especially during the winter season when a warm beverage would have been appreciated. To make matters worse, the staff at St. Luke's Cinema were consistently rude and unhelpful. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with my visit to St. Luke's Cinema due to these various issues.

I am giving a one star review of Event St Lukes as I am actually in the cinema. It’s now 20 minutes past the start time of the Mario movie and still hasn’t started. 20 minutes of pre movie ads is ridiculous. I advise anyone going to Event St Lukes not to bother entering the cinema until at least 15 minutes past the start time.

Cleanliness = 0Old and tired theatres. Why should one pay the same movie ticket price than the theatre which are so new, clean and comfy.

Despite ordering my tickets and food online. We still had to wait 10 minutes for someone to serve us our food and print our tickets. Bathrooms could have done with bit of clean. This particular Event Cinema is need of a huge renovation. It looks like it hasn't had a face-lift since 2005. Only giving 3 stars because movie tickets are slightly cheaper than other cinemas and the sound and picture quality was decent otherwise its a pretty mediocre movie theatre.

Great if you like to sit in a fridge while watching a movie. Bring a blanket!!! We asked them to turn down the AC but the manager’s exact words were “I can’t promise anything”. Simply ridiculous, where’s the customer experience here???

The cinemas are clean and tidy there's also a time out for the kid's before or after the movie. Price's are a tad steep but justified. I suggest getting a cinebuzz rewards card, we were able to save $6 of the cost our tickets.Staff are a mixture of polite friendly and bored.. Medium Coke $6 Ice creams $6 expensive
