great friendly and to date knowledgable staff, great prices n was a fantastic local when i was in that area. if the person asked wasnt sure on a question they would ask other member n i believe if they both ddnt kno and it wasnt busy or u were willing to wait theyd probably google it for you.just good sense of customer service actually being about helping the customer be happy with there purchase. here cheaper prices are literally just a plus.

Good to shop at but no Flybuys or Airpoints. Have their own Mates club card but have not benefited from this in any way so now go where there is Flybuys.

Great Store, Website to order is poor. To use, you need to look for the local address in a lvery ong list each time you visit. Location on phone won't work to quicken the process.
