I went shopping after work. The place was pretty empty. Some woman at checkout was too busy gossiping to serve the short queue.The man in charge with helping at the self help checkout was also deep in conversation with his mate so people waited at checkout.This is the worst supermarket I've ever been to.

Clean, bright, supermarket. Isles labled well products easy to find. Very friendly staff. Quicker to go to the checkout with operators as self checkouts had quite a big que waiting to use them.

It's ok for an Australian owned supermarket (Woolworths Group)Credit on store layout, stocked shelves and normally quick self service. Some staff are friendly but others not so much! But given the last few years I guess it wouldn't be easy..

I tend not to comment on supermarkets, but this is quite a place. Standard food stuff, but a great quality of people serving and managing. I have witnessed care towards the vulnerable that is magnificent. The staff are engaging kind and warm. Thank you.

I usually love countdown, and it's the main shop I go to. However, I've had nothing but problems at this particular store. The past few times I've online ordered, they have missed products from my order. It took an extra 15 minutes to sort it out last time- meaning it would've been faster for me to just go in and shop myself.I had an order I collected on Sunday. On Monday, when I went to make dinner, I saw the hand burger buns were covered in mould. While Countdown did refund me for that product, it's still unacceptable to be selling that sort of food.

Worst ever supermarket to shop and collect. No specific parks, hard to find a park and then had to go inside through the exit. Was all very confusing and no clear or simple signage. In fact no signage I saw. The point of shop and collect is no need to talk to anyone and yet I had to ask for it and wait for it.
