As an end user I'll give my 2c worth. The software, which I use via an app on my phone, looks like it was designed in 1980! It is poorly thought out, with tiny fonts where you enter your password (beware, you need a magnifying glass) and terrible navigation. Hit the sign in button carefully, because, uh oh, the screen will scroll away!Constant retyping of passwords will result in being locked out for days, left with the You have made 3 attempts in the past 5 hrs". It requires new passwords way too often. Asking for a password reset code by sms will have you waiting half an hour

Great company and a great product. If you want a complete online people management system. Great new mobile App that allows me to clock in from my phone. All my pay slips, timesheets and rosters all on my phone on my Zambion App all the time.
