I normally don't bother to leave a review, but after another great experience from Armstrong East Tamaki, I think its important to offer feedback re service. As advertised on their website, service has been highly professional and customer-oriented, from their customer service representatives on the phone to skilled technicians on the spot. I would like to give special thanks to Shaun Donaldson who went the extra mile to identify my needs and help me make informed decision. I think what makes a service exceptional should at least achieve these results:Fair price, Excellent service/product, Customers feeling valued .Armstrong East Tamaki has ticked all the boxes so far. Rang at 4:45pm because the alarm control was not responding , waited for over 10 minutes on the phone before head office/phone service person answered the phone to say that the East Tamaki branch had gone home early .

Great. Head weird safe lock key in stock. Although it was $32 bucks!

Rupinda did a great job at a very fair price. Security system now correctly wired and all working properly. Recommend.

I can’t recommend Armstrong enough. Had an emergency repair for our shopfront door. They came same day and fixed same day. Price was also reasonable. Thank you.

Fantastic team from receptionist to installer! They installed a digital lock for my front door which works great, they are quick response and friendly. I have no doubt to use them again and highly recommend them to all of you!

7:30 am our business could not be unlocked - called a number of Locksmiths without success - called Armstrong and they answered immediately and organised a technician from their East Tamaki branch - he quickly opened the offending lock and refurbished it - absolutely great service and a very reasonable cost.

I had a terrible experience at Mr Minit in Pakuranga so decided to go to Armstrongs who I thought would be more expensive. I got super friendly instant service and the price was WAY cheaper only $13 for a car key cut from my blank and Mr Minit were going to charge $40, they even came to my car and checked it worked, very professional, highly recommended!!

I went to store for refund , item was wrong ! The staff ware the glasses ! He was not happen ! And let me out of the store !use rude worlds and Finger point me ! Let me out of store ! Very Bully ! Even my car parking in frond of the store ! He do not let me parking ! This store ‘s staff which is wear the glasses man ! very rude and rubbish useless ! Unfriendly deceived customer ! Not safe for cut the key matter ! Not done good job ! Never recommend anyone coming to this store !

We got outdoor cameras set up for the house. It was very easy and quite friendly service. They reply quite quickly and sort out any issues that come up.Everything was done through email so I didn't even have to visit the physical store.
