Not very happy with the customer service. Have tried to discuss a charge and they will not meet face to face, nor discuss over the phone.Very unprofessional to deal with.

Not very happy with serviceI had arranged for someone to come round in the afternoon 4:50pm I rang see if they were still coming and no! They didn't even had the decency to ring and let me know not professional at all.
