Rude condescending staff especially a certain male. If you don't like working with people then quit. Useless branch

Very slow service. Staff is rude. No eye contact. No smile. Just says can I help you in a very unsincere way. Customer with teller next to me very annoyed because teller could not explain herself peoperly. I wish I took a video of how the tellers presented themselves. Maybe one day I will when I've had enough.

Great customer service by friendly and accommodating staff members who are genuinely wants to help. At the same time, the pace is extremely slow: There were 3 counters, and only 2 groups of customers: 1 is us, and the other is a couple who are being helped. Instead of calling us to use the other 2 available counters, we have to wait until that other couple to finish before any of the 3 staff members helped us. It took us 30 minutes just to put a PIN into our card.On top of that, if we want to change our PIN, we have to come to a branch; I believe westpac is the only remaining banks that doesn't allow you to change your PIN from your phone app.I give them 3 stars instead of 1, is because the staff members are caring, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Please stay away from this branch, very rude staff. Not worth giving one star. If someone genuinely interested to fix, I would more keen to share my experience. Worst experience in the country. The bank should charge the name to WASTAGE BANK…

I don't know why the reviews are so bad... this branch is great! Super fast even on a Saturday :0 All you need to do is treat people how you want to be treated :))

ATM took all my money without depositing into my account.Staff told me they’d call me when they never did. Service is so bad with machines that don’t even do their job nor does it seem like they even care about your situation. Still waiting to hear from them. Never again will I visit that branch after this.

Tried to book a banker to start a new account and deposit money. Was told by an english woman it has to be my main bank where my wage goes and I would be wasting my time. Called westpac as this sounded wrong and was helped by a friendly call center member who is setting up appointment for me at Mt Roskill branch they will help me and set up my new account. I may move all my investments to westpac if this goes well.

As said by other, the service at this branch is very slow. I guess it because of the staff.Unlike others though my was able to open my account for my son and updated details as well. Hopefully they'll see these reviews and encourage staff to be more proactive.
