Could be better i was on critches and nobody came to ask if I needed help i thought rude not to accommodate my needs i had to make my way to the counter to ask for help 2 ladies were standing behind the counter

Went into the shop with my daughter today we found the staff very unfriendly and felt we were being watched while browsing, left after being in the shop for 5 minutes will not be shopping there again I think the shop assistants need to do a course on customer service!!

I needed to buy a super king comforter. I found one which I thought was perfect, I couldn't be more wrong.I specifically asked the sales assistant if this was a very thick comforter and she said it is. Boy did I get ripped off.I took it out of it's packaging this morning to try it on the bed.A super king should have covered the sides of my bed , not this one.Instead of thinking I would be snuggling in bed this winter I discovered the comforter is super thin, no warmth in it at all.I'm not happy with it at all. I'm relieved it was on sale so I didn't have to pay the full price for it.
