Slow service. Online order doesn’t seem to get through for pick up - it only got through after telling the staff at arrival. Chicken was good though.

Didn’t get onions in my zinger burger. Lady said “it is what it is” to bad. Then she said we don’t put onions in the zingers anymore. But the menu says there is red onion and the photos have onion in the burger.So rude

Order a large family meal with original recipe chicken and a extra 20 wicked wings bucket, took it home to realize they had given me 2 buckets of original recipe chicken!

Got 2 things missing from order. Line was long so couldn't be bothered going back. Usually pretty accurate so must have been the busy evening that caused the issue. Food hot and tasty decent pricing as always

Well gissy KFC you out did yourself in the drive through last time I was here it took 15+minutes this time it was 32 minutesyou are so under staffed that the girl looking after drive through orders was also looking after the walk in orders to the point were our chips we're luke warm and until your staffing levels are up to scratch and you can provide fast food and a adequate drive through I'll be taking my business elsewhere.Gissy KFC has always been slow but this is getting beyond reality

Absolutely appalling. Reminded me why I dont go to KFC here in Gisborne.Couldnt even say hello at the drive thru, it actually put me off so didnt bother ordering anything.Went to Carl Jnr instead
