If you don't know which self-storage to choose, choose this one! From the first point of contact, Landas was extremely helpful and very patient with me, even after I asked the same thing about 4 times (I was a bit frazzled after calling so many places).The pricing is very reasonable. The storage itself was beyond my expectation, and the whole facility was extremely clean. The trolleys were large and free to use. Access to the facility was simple, but secure.Thank you Kiwi Self Storage for making my move so simple, easy, and even pleasant.

Amazing service. I moved into this storage facility today and the size I had booked was going to be far too small. The lovely man who checked me in was so accomodating and instantly offered me a bigger unit with no hassles.

Excellent access, dry, clean and very secure storage solutions. The management are very friendly, clear and concise as well. They take the Covid-19 situation very seriously, which is reassuring, however with the closure of the on-site restroom, this leaves you to use a portaloo, which had no toilet tissue, no water and no soap or sanitiser so I came out feeling repulsive and went to a café to reset and used their facilities. I feel the Portaloo is a Covid Capsule on its own and I'll be sure not to need to pee while I'm visiting!

Roger got back to me ASAP and I was able to secure a container on the day of moving out of my flat. They even offer a free trailer to help move things out of your house so if you’ve got the strength, you don’t actually need to hire movers/van! They were so amazing and took a lot of stress off my hands - highly recommend! Everyone I dealt with was super lovely and accommodating to my needs as well - I’m stoked with finding this place!

We stored things here for 2 years, until Thursday May 30, 2019. Easy access. No issues. Toilets on site. Friendly staff. Only 2 weeks notice required when you don't don't need the storage anymore.

Many thanks to the Kiwi storage staff, the storage was excellent, it was always secure with easy access and immaculately clean and tidy. A friendly reminder that your invoice is due arrived always 10 days before actual due date which always helped me remember to pay. Staff is always easy and friendly to deal with and I will be referring friends family, and anyone else that is looking for storage to go to Kiwi Self Storage Ellerslie branch.

This storage facility is in a great location - so easy to access from the motorway - and is very well set up and presented. The experience couldn't have been better (first time user here). Peter and Carolyn are fantastic to deal with, explained everything clearly and efficiently and just made it so easy. Highly recommend this fantastic company.

We had a great experience with Kiwi Self Storage in Ellerslie. Peter and Carolyn are great to deal with. We had no issues and had quick communication when we had any queries. The facilities are great - we kept everything in our unit for over eight months and had no issues, very secure and easy for us to access often when we needed to. Would use again.
