When we made an offer that was accepted I quickly needed to find a property lawyer. Denise Schmidt is very unprofessional.He doesn't update my information to Auckland city council even that's a standard proces in buying a house. When I got the rates bill. It still shows the old owners name. I bought the house at February but the name didn't change untill end of August. After calling my laywer Then calling the city council, the council officier said they just received the NOC till 19th August. The due date is 31st August, City council needs 10 working days to process.I don't know what I can do now. After the due day I will get 10% penalty, I would like to know would you lawyers pay that for me?

Not impressed with the dealings or support from Nicky. Currently shes handling an estate and the direction she's advised is below poor.Although not all blame is placed there, I felt she hast delivered on her role as a lawyer in this case
